Patrick is an associate attorney focusing on corporate and commercial law, as well as First Amendment religious freedom cases. He has experience in corporate governance, defamation, contract disputes, and matters concerning fiduciary duties.

Patrick acquired his first law degree, a Bachelor of Laws, at Victoria University of Wellington, in Wellington, New Zealand. He was then admitted to the High Court of New Zealand as a barrister and solicitor. He obtained a Master of Laws, an advanced post-graduate degree, at George Mason University and is a current member of the Virginia State Bar and the Washington D.C. Bar.
